Vicky Button
Hi. My name is Vicky Button and I am passionate not just about learning, but about making learning fun!

Having been a teacher in an Infant school for 12 years, I have experience teaching in Year one, Year two and EYFS.
​
I was English leader for the Infant School that I worked in, was part of the senior management team and also coordinated interventions across the school. I spent two years of my career teaching intervention groups and 1:1 booster sessions across the school. These were aimed to support some children that were struggling with particular aspects of their learning and stretch higher ability pupils also.
I feel that every child has the right to high quality teaching in order to achieve their full potential.
Therefore, I pride myself on providing interactive, challenging and stimulating sessions for pupils of all abilities.

I hold a clear DBS check, have completed up to date child protection training and hold professional and public liability insurance. When we meet, you are welcome to view my credentials and take up references at my school or for previously tutored families, if you wish.

I am also Mummy to a cheeky, lively 3 year old and a confident, head strong 6 year old. I love arts, crafts, baking and helping young minds grow!

I started 'On the Button Learning' in 2018 in order to better fit my working my life around my family, and haven't looked back since. My business is my 3rd baby and I feel so privileged to to do what I do everyday. I see hundreds of smiles every week and get to witness so many 'firsts'. I love watching little ones grow and being able to be part of their learning journey truly is an honour!
